Your words, cleaned only
It is useful for anyone who has a client facing job. Client servicing, PR, wedding or event planners, business owners, doctors, sales and marketing leads and anyone who provides a service or product. Product marketing or sales executives can get enquiries easily.
The TapHello page is completely customisable, since it is individually designed and developed, not a templatised design. A startup looking for funding, a seasoned professional who wants to connect with prospects, and so on. It is made by a designer who has been doing graphic and visual design since 2007.
The thing all of these jobs have in common
Look at that list again and there is one pattern running through it.
None of these people get found by accident. Nobody stumbles across a wedding planner. Nobody searches their way to a PR consultant. The work arrives because somebody met you, or because somebody who met you mentioned your name to someone else.
Which means your business does not live or die on being discovered. It lives on what happens in the ten seconds after a conversation, when the other person decides whether it is worth keeping hold of you.
That is the moment a connect page is built for. Everything below is the same moment, wearing different clothes.
Trade by trade
Wedding and event planners. Your enquiries come at other people’s events, in the middle of the evening, usually from a guest who liked what they saw. Nobody is writing down a number at a reception. One scan, and the enquiry arrives on your WhatsApp with the date they are asking about.
Doctors and clinicians. Two audiences, and a card serves neither well. Patients need a number they will still have in six months. Referring colleagues need to pass you on to someone else, which paper cannot do. A link travels; a card in a drawer does not.
Client servicing and PR. Your relationships are the product. You meet more people in a month than most people meet in a year, and the follow-up is the job. A page that sends you a pre-written message means the follow-up starts itself.
Sales and marketing executives. You are measured on replies, not on meetings. Anything that shortens the distance between a conversation and a message in your inbox is worth more to you than to almost anybody else on this list.
Business owners. You are the brand, whether or not you wanted to be. When somebody meets you, they are meeting the company. Your page should look like the company, not like a free tool with someone else’s name at the bottom.
Founders raising funding. An investor meets a great many people and remembers very few. A page they can open on the spot, that shows what you do and leaves your details on their phone, is a better follow-up than an email they have to find later.
Anyone selling a service or a product. If the first question you get asked is always the same one, your page should answer it before anybody has to ask.
What individually designed actually means
This is the part that sounds like marketing and is not.
Every trade above gets asked a different first question. An event planner gets asked about a date. A doctor gets asked about a location and a timing. A dealer gets asked about a size. A founder gets asked what the company does in one line.
A template cannot know that. It gives everyone the same three fields and the same layout, and then every business using it looks the same as every other business using it.
Because each page here is designed and built individually, the form asks what you actually get asked, and what sits above the form is whatever your customer needs to see before they will fill it in. For some trades that is finished work. For others it is credentials. For others it is simply the price.
That is also why it is built by a designer rather than assembled by a tool. Designing since 2007 is not a credential to put on a page. It is the reason the page looks like you and not like a form.
Who it is not for
Worth saying plainly, because a page that claims to suit everybody suits nobody.
If your customers find you entirely through Google, you need a website first, and I will tell you that rather than sell you a page.
If you are not meeting people, in person or on calls, the page has no moment to work in.
And if you already have a website that loads quickly and converts, adding a connect page is a small improvement rather than a fix. Better to spend the money elsewhere.
What these look like in practice
The pages live now run across trades that have almost nothing in common with each other. Rooftop solar. Architecture and interiors. Glass and plywood. Energy vaastu consulting. Healthcare supply. Facility management.
Same product, and no two pages look alike, because the first question is different every time.
If you found yourself above
If you found your trade above, the next step takes one message.
WhatsApp 93922 64017 with your trade and the first question your customers ask you. Two lines is enough.
What comes back is the live page closest to your trade, so you can see the layout before spending anything, plus what your own enquiry form should ask instead of “your message”.
Plans are ₹3,000 and ₹4,500 a year, both inclusive of GST. NFC tap card ₹2,000 if you want one. No monthly fee, no setup charge.
If your trade is not on the list, send it anyway. The list comes from the pages already live, not from the trades this works for.
