What exactly do I get?
A connect page designed individually for you-your photo, your services, your branding with a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with a message already written, your social links, and a contact card people can save with one tap. Plus your own QR code. We design it, build it and host it. You share the link.
How is this different from a Linktree or link-in-bio page?
Those are lists of links on a template you choose. This is a page designed for your business, built around one action: getting someone into a conversation with you. Different tool, different job.
How long does it take?
Two business days from when we have everything we need — your logo, photo, service details and contact information. If you're quick with the onboarding form, you'll have your page this week.
Can I edit it myself?
No, and that's deliberate. Self-editing is how good pages slowly become bad ones. Message us what you want changed and we'll do it — usually the same day. Updates are included for as long as your plan is active.
What is the Tap Card?
A 3D-printed NFC card encoded to your page. Hold it near a phone and your page opens — no app, no scanning. ₹2,000, one time, on any plan. Printed QR on the back for phones without NFC.
Do I need a website already?
No. Plenty of clients use TapHello instead of a website. If you do have one, we link to it.
What if I change my phone number?
Tell us and we update your page and your contact card. Your QR code and NFC card keep working — they point at the page, and the page always has your current details.
Who owns my domain?
You do. If we register it for you, it's in your name and billed at cost. You can take it elsewhere at any time.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your page comes offline at the end of the period you've paid for, and QR codes and NFC cards pointing at it stop working. We keep your files for 90 days in case you come back.
Is my visitors' information safe?
The form on your page composes a WhatsApp message and opens it in their own WhatsApp — the message goes to you directly. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Can I get pages for my whole team?
Yes. Colleagues at the same company are ₹500/year each, with their own page matched to your branding. For larger teams, message us.
What if I don't like it?
Then you don't pay for it. We design your page first and show it to you on a private preview link. We'll revise it until it's right- that's part of the build, not an extra. If it still isn't for you, walk away and you owe us nothing.
When do I pay?
After you've seen your page and approved it. We build it first, send you a private preview link, and only take payment once you're happy. Your page goes live the same day we receive it.
